An estimated 300+ English-friendly families currently live in Pardes-Hanna with ongoing growth taking place across all neighborhoods of Pardes-Hanna Karkur and surrounding areas.
Challenges faced by the English-speaking Torah community
Existing synagogues and religious institutions in Pardes-Hanna Karkur do not offer dedicated Torah classes or learning programs tailored for English-friendly, creating a gap in accessible spiritual and educational resources for this community. This limits the opportunities for unity and deepening Torah study among English-friendly residents.
While new Torah-focused elementary and high schools are opening and/or expanding to accommodate the growing influx of Olim and aliyah families, many other essential Torah educational resources and community programs have remained unchanged, leaving unaddressed needs within the English-friendly community.
The community faces the challenge of building a cohesive, vibrant, and inclusive environment where all members—regardless of background—can connect, learn, and grow together. Establishing a dedicated Torah Learning Center will bridge the gap and foster a stronger sense of community.
